Can you believe all these plastic bags?! Ga-ross! I can only imagine that a large percentage of those bags weren't even necessary. So often a cashier or salesperson will pop my pop into a plastic bag. "No bag needed," I always say. a) Cause I am gonna drink that Diet Coke in 2.3 seconds and b) my purse can hold a medium sized joey'roo and c) there is no reason to waste a plastic bag on my soda... there is no reason to waste a plastic bag ever, not when there are huge purses about and alternatives available
I hope this post inspires more Earth Cadets to join the mission and be conscious of the resource the use and those they should reuse.
